Job Profile : Primary Role
� Ensure quality Management development & design assessment for Quality modules in all Engineering Processes.
� Undertaking process enhancement, process modifications and equipment calibrations to enhance operational efficiency and thereby escalating productivity..
� Maintaining quality systems, conducting periodic meetings for CAPA, MRM and tracking fo improvemental activities.
� Ensuring adherence to the quality standards as QMS (ISO 9001:2015), EH&S Management and overseeing implementation of various stages of workflow using quality tools.
� Deployment & driving of Quality Management System.
� Statutory testing certification of 3-Phase LT Induction Motors like BIS, UL, CEATEX etc..

Key Activities & Responsibilities
� To reduce rejection by inculcating quality conscious approach.

� Responsible for complete QA Activities from incoming material, in-process, product testing, customer/TPIA inspections & generation of CAPA for the problems.

� Guiding Customer service department for resolution & minimizing customer complaints.

� Effective Liasoning with external statutory/regulatory authorities like BIS/DGMS/PESO product quality like BASIFA/UL etc.

� Building rapport for developing Naval motor business �inspections & clearance.

� Maintain healthy relations with Auditors, inspectors & potential customers to achieve sustainable growth.

� Demonstrate result-oriented professional with strong planning, communication, interpersonal & analytical skills.

� Ensure complete Quality Integration from Design to Product completion ( Total Demand Chain)

� Ensure Engineering Quality audits complying with Engineering standards

� Analyzing various processes/applications and devising strategy for improvement opportunities and identification of improvement projects.

� Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations.

� Appraising the prevalent production systems/ processes, identifying loopholes if any and undertaking result-oriented measures for alleviating them.

� Implementing various process enhancement tool and systems like 5s, TQM, TPM, Zero Defects, APQP, Gemba Kaizen and Kanban.
